We build Implix from a simple observation: the most critical knowledge is rarely documented.

Implix captures this knowledge before experienced employees leave the company. Conversations, documents, and existing media become structured content for handovers, onboarding, and day-to-day work. The features page shows how this becomes concrete knowledge building blocks.

Founding team of Implix GmbH working in Zwickau

The founding team behind Implix GmbH combines over eight years of applied research at the University of Applied Sciences Zwickau with operational experience from building their own software company. Software was not just conceived, but built, operated, and continuously refined under real conditions. Implix is funded by the European Union and the Free State of Saxony.

In projects with mid-sized companies, the same weak point kept emerging: the problem was not access to knowledge, but its systematic capture. Existing wiki, LMS, or SharePoint structures often help only once the content is already cleanly prepared. The comparison page explains how Implix differs.

What we build Implix for

Many companies do not have a knowledge problem because too little is documented. The issue often starts earlier: decision paths, practical experience and exceptions are never captured in a structured way. Implix therefore does not start with search alone, but with the structured collection of knowledge. This creates content that can be reused for handovers, onboarding, training and existing systems.

AI & Technical Product Development

Daniel works on the technical implementation of knowledge processing. He connects product development, prototyping and the translation of complex requirements into usable functions.

Let's talk about the knowledge in your organisation that still depends on individual people.

One knowledge area is often enough to make visible which experiential knowledge exists and where critical gaps are forming.
